QSOs from years other than the selected are ignored. Nevertheless, please try to avoid uploading unneccessary data. Most logbook software lets you specify a date range when exporting to ADIF.
No data is permanently stored on the server. The ADIF file will be deleted as soon as it's processed, the Excel output files are automatically deleted at regular intervals (1h) and are never visible to the public. The generated spreadsheet may require some manual corrections. Especially QSOs with new members who joined during this year are always counted, regardless of the month. Other possible sources of errors are club/shared callsigns, used by several members. |
